4. Q: What's your factory manufacture capability ?
A: We use Japan Sodick slow speed wire-cutting machines to procss inserts, punch and plates.dimensions we can do is +/-0.001mm.
5. Can you make all the dimensions according to our requirement ?
A: We can guarantee that all the dimensions are made according to your drawing/sample completely.Please notice that dimension tolerence we can do is +/-0.002mm.
6. How will you ensure that the mold you designed will suit our press machines ?
A: Before design structure drawing, please send us your press machines specification, we'll design mold according to your press.
