Our factory customize the single operation dies as customers' drawings required, the machining process includes rough,drilling/milling, heat treatment, wire-cutting, CNC, grinding, assembly, die trial, samples approval, run trial, from structure drawing design to samples apprvoal, the leading time is around 30 to 50 days, the elastic time is mold adjusting time, it depens on the specific tolerance and mold stucture.
